Einstein famously said that we can't solve our current problems with the same mindset that got us here. Something's got to change, we might all be able to agree on that at some level.
But what is that "something"? Until more of us are ready and willing to look in the mirror when it comes to change, we will be fighting a losing battle to create that change.
What if that something that needs to change is a leadership style?
A leadership mindset? A leadership awareness? John Maxwell says that everything rises and falls on leadership, so it stands to reason that the biggest opportunity to experience positive change outside will come when we as leaders recognize that something needs to change on the inside... In us. In me.
